All designs sold on MinnySpirit.com are designed using public domain images that are believed to be free of copyright restrictions. Original wordmarks and graphics created by MinnySpirit.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a representative of a school or rights holder and believe any content on our site infringes on your rights, please contact us at minnyspirit@gmail.com and we will promptly review and address your concerns.

3. Ordering & Fulfillment

All products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow processing time before shipping. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and order volume.

We do not hold inventory and cannot guarantee availability of specific products or colors.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
